G.A.P. Adventures: "GAP Service Poor to Antarctica"
We recently went on a trip with GAP Adventures to Antarcitica. The ship and tour to Antarctica was great but the customer service, organization, and hotel selection was terrible both before and after the cruise. The hotel they put us in in Buenos Aires (hotel Ailen) was filthy and bug ridden. Many of the people on the tour complained and asked to be changed to another hotel but GAP refused. Many people changed hotels anyway at their own cost rather than spend a few more nights in that rat hole...
